A: Email your Original Recommendation Letter & Valid California ID to support@catalinaconnect.com. Once you are verified, you will be asked to review and complete a document sent via your email.
A: Once we receive the proper documents, It will take us at least 30 minutes to verify your information. When verified, we will email our Membership Agreement for you to review and sign. After the Membership Agreement, you will receive a Welcome email that confirms your Membership is complete.
A: You must be 18 years of age, obtain a current Medical Recommendation and Valid California State ID.
A: The State of California has approved Recreational Cannabis, however, they have left it up to each City to create their own local laws for Cannabis. The City of Avalon will only be allowing Medical Cannabis. This requires us to only accept Members with a Doctors Recommendation and State ID.
A: The City of Avalon has prohibited cannabis consumption in public. You may only consume cannabis in a private residence.
A: Once you become a Member, we can deliver to your residence in a discreet manner. We can only deliver to your physical address. We are not allowed to deliver to your Hotel unless we are invited on the premise as your guest. We are also not allowed to deliver on Front Street/Cresent Avenue, or other public places.
A: Once you are a Member and you can place your order, You can typically expect your delivery within 45 minutes and delivery times will vary based on the daily volume.
